This meeting can also be used to create a roadmap and protocol for our service delivery approach, ensuring that we commit to addressing any past provider challenges you may have experienced. We note below some typical service items included: 

• Determining the category of visa and work permit best suited
• Drawing up the list of requirements to compile the application
• Providing any advice required on the employee’s specific circumstances.
• Drafting any documentation required for each step of the end-to-end process to ensure work compliance.
• Reviewing documents received to ensure they are completed correctly and comply with Mozambican decrees
• Submitting a Certificate of Equivalence to the Ministry of Education for foreign qualifications verification, where applicable.
• Liaising with foreign embassies, where required, to ensure that any unique requirements are met, and advising the applicant on the best date and time to submit the application.
• Translating documents.
• Tracking the status of the application.
• Providing weekly updates on the status of all applications.
